Working Together
I work with everyone from first-time founders launching their debut collection
to established brands needing fresh design direction. If you care about
thoughtful design and quality, we'll probably work well together.
Absolutely. Most clients aren't sure which service fits their situation when
they first reach out. That's what our free discovery call is for. We'll talk
about your goals, challenges, and budget, and I'll recommend the right approach.
I work with clients globally. I'm based in India, but distance isn't an issue —
we'll use video calls, email, and project management tools to stay connected.
TIMELINES & PRICING
Every project is different, and timelines depend on the scope and complexity of your needs.
During our discovery call, I'll assess your requirements and create a personalized timeline that
works for both of us. I'm transparent about what's realistic and will always be honest if your
deadline is too tight.
Pricing varies based on project scope, complexity, and your specific requirements. After our
discovery call where I understand exactly what you need, I'll provide a detailed quote in your
preferred currency. This ensures you get accurate pricing tailored to your project — not generic
estimates that might not apply to your situation.
To ensure I can deliver the quality and attention your project deserves, I have a minimum
project investment. We'll discuss this during our discovery call along with your budget
expectations, and I'll be upfront about whether your project fits within my scope.
Yes, for larger projects. Payment structures are typically broken into stages — a deposit to
begin work, milestone payments as we progress, and final payment upon delivery. I'll outline the
specific payment schedule in your project proposal based on your project timeline and scope.
I work with clients globally and can invoice in GBP (£), USD ($), EUR (€), or INR (₹) depending
on your preference and location. During our discovery call, we'll agree on the currency that
makes most sense for your project.
Life happens — I understand that. If your priorities or circumstances change during the project,
let me know as soon as possible. We'll assess the impact, adjust the scope or timeline if
needed, and amend our agreement accordingly. Open communication is key.
SERVICES & DELIVERABLES
For tech packs and CAD work: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, and PNG files. For print designs:
production-ready files in whatever format your manufacturer needs (typically high-res PDF).
Everything is organized, clearly labeled, and delivered with usage instructions.
Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included in all projects. "Reasonable" means refinements
to the agreed direction — not completely new concepts. If you want to explore entirely different
directions after approval, we'll discuss that as additional scope.
If included in your project scope, yes. I can answer technical questions, clarify
specifications, and troubleshoot production issues. Clear communication between design and
production is crucial, and I'm happy to bridge that gap.
DESIGN EDUCATION SUPPORT
Yes! I offer portfolio and Statement of Purpose (SOP) reviews for students applying to fashion
design and art programs. I understand what UK and other international universities look for. I
provide detailed feedback on your work and help strengthen your application.
I'll review your entire portfolio and provide specific feedback on project selection,
presentation quality, how you show your design process, layout and formatting, and overall
impact. You'll receive written feedback plus a consultation call to discuss improvements.
No — universities want to hear your authentic voice, and I won't write it for you. But I will
review your draft and give detailed feedback on structure, content, tone, and how to make your
story more compelling. Think of it as having an experienced editor who knows what admissions
teams want.
SUSTAINABILITY
It's built into every project from the start. I prioritize sustainable, deadstock, or organic
fabrics; explore zero-waste cutting techniques when possible; recommend local production to
reduce emissions; and design for longevity rather than trends. Sustainability isn't an add-on —
it's foundational to how I work.
I prefer working with brands that share my values, but I understand sustainability is a journey.
If you're committed to making improvements and open to guidance, I'm happy to support your
evolution toward better practices.
